Ross Crighton
A Career Banker with one of Australia's leading Banks for some 16 years, Ross has extensive knowledge in all aspects of "commercial" finance. A senior Business Banking Manager since 2000, Ross has provided financial solutions for a portfolio of diverse small and medium size businesses. Consequently Ross has acquired an understanding and intimate knowledge of the finance needs of small business. The inadequacies of traditional Bank finance in providing for technology purchases are also well understood by Ross. Such was the catalyst for he and other members of his family to establish "Lease IT Online".


Donna Luxton
With degree qualifications in IT, and almost 20 years experience ranging from Blue chip companies to starting up businesses, Donna has first hand knowledge of the system and financial requirements of a broad spectrum of clients. Over the last 9 years, Donna has focused on tailoring financial modelling software to business applications, and presented numerous training courses worldwide on both the software and the economic rationale used in their development. The frustrations of identifying a business finance strategy, but struggling to find a financier to fulfil this, led to Donna's active role as a co-founding director of "Lease IT Online"


Keith Crighton
A health professional and self confessed "computer Geek", Keith is also an entrepreneur having developed his own IT based technology products and business around these. From experiencing first hand some of the financial barriers to him starting his own business, and his clients difficulty in raising finance, he sought a way to offer a solution to his and other small business in similar circumstances. Difficulty in resolving this, lead to the realisation that there was a need for someone to service this substantial small and emerging business sector, and was instrumental in the establishment of "Lease IT Online".


Ian Luxton
Ian's post graduate career has spanned 20 years, the first 10 years in large scale production engineering and supervisory roles. Most recently, his role as a senior consultant has encompassed key facets of technology innovation, economic analysis, marketing and business strategy for both clients, and internal corporate development in Australia, South Africa and North America. Coupled with this, Ian has first hand experience in establishing new businesses, and is aware of many challenges and financial alternatives that "Lease IT Online" clients may also encounter.
